Our Staff

About our staff

Our clinic is staffed by 5 experienced veterinarians, 3 friendly and helpful receptionists, an experienced bookkeeper, 5 committed kennel assistants and a gardener.

Who will be looking after your pet at our clinic?
Whether on the telephone or at the reception counter, you will be welcomed by our friendly and helpful receptionists, Esther and Naomi. We encourage all of our clients to make appointments so as to avoid unnecessarily long waiting times. Our veterinarians will examine and treat your pet. If required, your pet may be hospitalized where it will remain under the direct supervision of the veterinarian. Our caring kennel staff, Israel, Nelly, Hezekiel, Lizzy and Mpho will follow instructions on feeding, exercise and cleaning of your pet. Marthie handles the clinic admin. Stock orders and product management are dealt with by Christa who will be pleased to help with any querries. Our clinic puts extra emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene which is particularly evident in our hospital. Hospital cages have under floor heating for the comfort of our sick and post operative patients. Every morning between 7:15 and 8:00 the entire clinic is cleaned and disinfected. Isolation kennels, housed in a separate building, are used for infectious cases that may pose a risk to other patients. Our veterinarians take extra care that your pet does not suffer pain. In the case of farm animals and horses our veterinarians will do farm visits to attend to the needs of your animals.
